Lauren, Denize Lawrence in Burlingame is excellent -- she helped Lonnie & Emilie with their mortgage, and then helped us when we bought our house... both to get our original mortgage and then do a re-fi when rates hit historic lows for a couple days.Here's Debby's review:

We've stuck with Wells Fargo past couple times. David's pretty nice and takes a lot of time to answer questions. He sounds a bit overwhelmed given everybody's refinancing at once, but still pretty good:

We still use DeNize. She is very good. Knowledgeable, responsive and turnkey - never feel like we have to chase her.
