Recipes for turkey leftovers

ok, we ended up with half of a 17 lb turkey, and that was AFTER giving some away to our guests. Sooooo any creative ideas out there for turkey leftovers.

I do plan on making a soup with the carcass, but what to do with the rest?

I'm not very creative, but the turkey chopped salad with spicy avocado dressing sounds good to me.

Use box of noodle roni and add turkey
