Is Mobspin bulit on Rails?

At the beginning, there were many contenders. However, we didn't go with Rails. Instead, Mobspin was built around the PHP framework Symfony.

It's treated us very well.

I've tinkered with Cake, I'll have to checkout Symfony. Thanks for the reply!
