Restore shine on hard wood flooring

Does anybody know how to restore the shine or hard wood flooring? I tried something called "Rejuvenate" and it seems to do the trick, but I am wondering if it is just dissolving the pre-existing polyurethane.

I used to use a great hard wood floor cleaner from Armstrong Floors. It always brought back the shine. For standard cleaning, dliute vinegar is supposed to be the best.
