Pros:

easy to read, gives specific guidelines on nutrients, recipes

Cons:

I really enjoyed this book, and I now keep it on my kitchen counter to serve as a reference guide. It provides specific guidelines on how much calcium, whole grains, etc. kids need at different ages. The authors also explain in a simple way why the 'bad stuff' (like processed foods, saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup) should be minimized in kids' diets. I highly recommend it!
