Performance Air Service

I called Performance Air, and Tony came out within 30 minutes. He was friendly, articulate, easy-going, and worked quickly. He spent a fair amount of time investigating the problem, including going up into our nasty attic without any complaints.

He found some fried wires in a junction box, and made the repair.

He was here for about two hours, and it only cost $170 -- guaranteed for a year.

He said Performance is one of the few union shops that do residential work; not sure how big a difference that makes, but I got no sense he was out to make a quick buck or otherwise exploit the situation. Thumbs up!
