Shrinky Dinks Book

I don't know what reminded me of these things but I ordered this book and our girls (5 yr old twins) absolutely love it: tracing the easy/cute pictures from the book, drawing their own creations on the included shrinky dink "paper," using a hole punch to add a hole for a necklace ornament.

And it's a lot of fun for everyone to watch these things "bake" (i.e., shrink and get thick) in the toaster oven.

Highly recommended -- it's kept our girls' attention for days and days, and only a bit of work for us, the parents.

(note: standard colored pencils work well as a "drawing tool" -- not included though.. and get a sharpener too)
