Matt was our buying agent and helped us buy our house a few years back. I do not believe we would have gotten the house without him.

The selling agent wasn't being especially responsive, so Matt literally went to his house and waited for him to arrive, personally handing him our offer.

We've stayed in touch and would definitely work with Matt again.
