I just recommended this book to a friend who was trying to figure out the best way to approach a coworker with feedback. I really like the balanced approach these authors share - deploying practical tactics and honoring the role feelings play.

It's a model that you can easily apply to business and personal situations.

Do they talk about parenting? Is the idea similar to Faber and Maslich?

Hey there - it's not a parenting book. Although I imagine there are themes you could apply... it's about structuring adult conversations (feel free to use it on Roy :-) xoxo
