Denize Lawrence is the contact here. She found us a good mortgage rate initially and then also immediately contacted us to refinance at the exact instance that the mortgage rates dropped to historic lows (due to the Bali terrorrist bomb - yes we profited off of other people's suffering). In addition, we did not have to pay her, she gets paid by the bank.
